Owner Hiromi Hirakawa worked as a receptionist, sales representative, and banker before switching careers. After becoming a mother, Hiromi helped her parents on their strawberry farm and fell in love with the growing process. Her goal became to create a farm workplace where women can play an active role, and she now enjoys working with her female staff every single day.

Hiromi wants to produce strawberries that children can eat that are as delicious as they are safe. Hirakawa Farm works daily to produce strawberries with methods that involve handmade fertilizers derived from food, environmental purifying organisms, and the natural power of the soil. Hirakawa Farm also uses the Stevia Farming Method and Biostimulant Farming Method to utilize the power of nature to achieve spectacular results without harming the environment.
