The U.S. mainland only. We regret that we do not offer delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam and Canada at the moment.

We are unfortunately unable to accommodate specific delivery date and time requests. Please check your Fedex tracking number, which will be sent to you by e-mail before delivery.

Shipping cost from Japan to the U.S. is included in the product price. Shipping within the U.S. will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Please reach out to us via our contact form within 3 business days of receiving the product, including images that clearly show any issues or damages. Please note that we do not accept returns due to customer error or personal preferences.

We unfortunately are not able to accept any changes or cancellations of products after checkout.
