The U.S. mainland only. We regret that we do not offer delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam and Canada at the moment.
We are unfortunately unable to accommodate specific delivery date and time requests. Please check your Fedex tracking number, which will be sent to you by e-mail before delivery.
Shipping cost from Japan to the U.S. is included in the product price. Shipping within the U.S. will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, please feel free to reach out to us via our contact form. We'll make it right with either an appropriate replacement or refund.
We unfortunately are not able to accept any changes or cancellations of products after checkout.
