A Crown Melon is ready to eat when the bottom is slightly soft (try pushing with your finger to judge this). Note that melons start ripening as soon as they are harvested. We recommend consuming the melon within 2-3 days of delivery. Until the day you consume the melon, store it at room temperature and refrigerate your melon 2-3 hours before consuming.
